High performance
Microfibre is a fibre, whose thickness is less than 1 DTX (Decitex),able to remove and collect micro particles of dirt, bacteria and viruses.
One gram of microfibre contains more than 10 km of yarn: for the same weight, therefore, it is 40 times longer than cotton.
Characterized by maximum absorption, it ensures a larger floor coverage compared to traditional yarns, with a consequent saving of time and costs.
EFFECTIVE COLLECTION
Its very fine fibres penetrate into every porosity, effectively catching dirt, bacteria and virus: this collection power allows reducing the quantity of cleaning solution necessary to guarantee hygienisation, thus reducing consumption of chemical and water.
On the contrary, with traditional yarns you carry out a partial cleaning as they collect and retain only a part of the dirt, bacteria and virus present on the surfaces.
Microfibre is efficient not only in the cleaning phase but also when this operation is finished: it resists to frequent washing more than natural yarns, ensuring a long life and an excellent investment over time.

TTS microfibres clean in depth, not just visible dirt:
analysis of the mechanical action alone conducted by a specialised external laboratory revealed high efficiency in removing Coronavirus 229E from steel surfaces.
Not only that: analysis of bactericidal activity showed excellent results in removing bacteria and fungi.
The effective mechanical action guarantees thorough high-performance cleaning, by reducing the amount of detergent required for disinfection.
**Results of analysis conducted on Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538, Enterococcus hirae ATCC 10541 and Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 15442 bacteria and Candida albicans ATCC 10231 fungus.

We have had our cloths and mops tested by a specialised external laboratory for the release of microplastics during textile washing: all products passed the test and were confirmed as environmentally friendly.

TTS has obtained the EU Ecolabel, the European Union's environmental excellence label for several microfibres.
The prestigious label offers a unique guarantee to the consumer: it certifies the absence, or the presence within strict limits, of countless substances harmful to health and the environment, including lead, formaldehyde and biocides. It also guarantees sustainability throughout the life cycle and resistance to washing, rubbing and light over time.
