Ecolabel offer enriched with new excellence

The range of EU Ecolabel-certified microfibres keeps increasing: Microblue, Ultrasafe, Microsafe and Microsafe Wide have recently been awarded the EU Ecolabel, which identifies products characterised by high performance and low environmental impact. The award was granted after a thorough evaluation by independent competent bodies, based on rigorous ecological criteria defined on a scientific basis.

EU Ecolabel acknowledges the green approach of TTS, which has always invested in the development of professional cleaning products and systems that ensure high performance standards and reduced environmental impact.

The eco-label not only guarantees the sustainability of textiles throughout their entire life cycle, but also the health protection: it certifies that harmful substances such as lead, formaldehyde and biocides are absent or within strict limits. It also certifies that the textiles are resistant to washing, rubbing and exposure to light, which is a prerequisite for a long service life.

The new Ecolabel microfibres are not only environmentally friendly, efficient and health-friendly but also highly effective: the extremely fine fibres penetrate every surface porosity, removing dirt and up to 96.6% of bacteria. In addition, they capture and retain even the smallest particle of dust and residual dirt, ensuring flawless cleaning.

Their high collection power reduces the amount of cleaning solution needed to achieve hygiene, resulting in chemical savings, while their high absorption ensures high water savings, thus reducing the cost of operation.

Each Ecolabel microfibre meets a specific need: Microblue is recommended for frequent cleaning of smooth surfaces, Ultrasafe is particularly suitable for cleaning R10/11 non-slip floors, Microsafe easily removes stains, residues and limescale from porous surfaces and Microsafe Wide is ideal for cleaning large spaces thanks to its large floor coverage.

The range of Ecolabel microfibres is completed by Microsplit 32, which is suitable for all surfaces and particle dirt thanks to the high collection power of its yarn.

To increase consumer awareness and promote a responsible choice, TTS created an advertising campaign to highlight the important guarantees offered by the environmental excellence label: TTS's work has been awarded by ISPRA, the Ecolabel and Ecoaudit Committee, which awarded the company the EU 2020 Ecolabel Award for the best advertising and marketing campaign for certified products.
